Pourquoi Pas ? is a psychological short film where an ordinary family
dinner slowly turns into a living nightmare. Produced with a crew of more
than twenty collaborators around a single theme: Fire.
Beyond documentaries and commercial productions, I direct fictional films built around emotion, atmosphere and cinematic language. Every project is an opportunity to create memorable stories through visual composition, rhythm and authentic performances.
What begins as an ordinary family dinner quickly spirals into psychological tension. As Maxime faces a relentless stream of questions from his relatives, the comforting atmosphere slowly dissolves into anxiety, uncertainty and emotional suffocation. Inspired by the Nikon Film Festival theme Fire, the film explores how words can burn just as deeply as flames.
